Choose an app for your device

Download Happ for Android, iOS, Windows, and macOS, then import your ZicNet subscription link from the panel without typing manual VPN configuration.

Download the right app, copy the subscription link from the panel, import it into Happ, then test a nearby location first. Open the panel for the link

Happ is a third-party client app; ZicNet provides the subscription link and supports the setup flow through the panel.

Download from trusted sources

ZicNet currently uses Happ for Android, iOS, Windows, and macOS. Users should prefer Google Play, App Store, or the official Happ GitHub releases, and avoid unknown installers because VPN apps handle sensitive network permissions. After installation, the key step is importing the correct subscription link from the ZicNet panel rather than guessing server settings manually.

Android

Google Play is preferred because it reduces unofficial APK risk and feels more trustworthy for new users.

iOS

Use the App Store, allow the VPN profile prompt, then import the subscription link from the panel.

Desktop

Windows and macOS use Happ desktop from official GitHub releases until ZicNet has its own distribution channel.

After download

Avoid manual configuration when unnecessary. Import the subscription link to reduce mistakes and update server lists more easily.

When the app fails

Check app version, VPN or network permissions, and send an error screenshot before reinstalling repeatedly.
