Prioritize latency
Choose nearby locations first to reduce ping for work, video calls, and apps sensitive to response time.
ZicNet locations help you choose a route by task, ISP, and time of day, starting with Singapore or Japan before farther routes.
ZicNet publishes public server status by location cluster, not by individual infrastructure node. The website loads this data from the production panel with server-side cache for up to 30 minutes and shows only region, status, public node count, online sessions when available, and update times.

No single location is best for every ISP. For daily use, try Singapore or Japan first, test during your real usage hours, and switch to the US only when the app or account actually needs a US route.
Choose nearby locations first to reduce ping for work, video calls, and apps sensitive to response time.
The same location can behave differently on home Wi-Fi, mobile data, and public Wi-Fi. Save the route that works best for your network.
When something fails, send the location, ISP, device, Happ app state, and time of issue so support can check routing faster.
Operational means at least one public node in the location cluster is responding normally. Degraded means the cluster still responds, but monitoring signals are incomplete. Offline means no public node in that cluster is currently confirmed available.
If Happ still has a server list but no location responds, confirm the plan is active, refresh the subscription, check the public status on this page, and retry on both Wi-Fi and mobile data. When contacting support, send tested locations, ISP/Wi-Fi, device, issue time, and a screenshot with the subscription link hidden.
This page only shows location-level aggregate data so users can choose a route and check service status. ZicNet does not publish technical endpoints, service connectors, access credentials, group identifiers, routing identifiers, or internal infrastructure settings.
