Service status

The ZicNet status page shows public location data from the production panel when available, explains issue reporting, and avoids fake uptime claims.

Data is loaded from the production ZicNet panel and cached for up to 30 minutes. Updated: Nov 06, 2026, 12:34 AM

How to read the status

Operational means at least one public node in the location cluster is responding normally. Degraded means the cluster still responds, but monitoring signals are incomplete. Offline means no public node in that cluster is currently confirmed available.

When no location responds

If Happ still has a server list but no location responds, confirm the plan is active, refresh the subscription, check the public status on this page, and retry on both Wi-Fi and mobile data. When contacting support, send tested locations, ISP/Wi-Fi, device, issue time, and a screenshot with the subscription link hidden.

Public data limits

This page only shows location-level aggregate data so users can choose a route and check service status. ZicNet does not publish technical endpoints, service connectors, access credentials, group identifiers, routing identifiers, or internal infrastructure settings.

If you suspect an issue

Refresh the subscription in Happ, try a nearby location, then send your device, ISP, screenshot, and issue time through Telegram, Zalo, or email support.
